1 Cup oats
½ Cup raw peanut butter
1/3 Cup melted coconut oil
1/3 Cup pure maple syrup
½ Cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
1 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Make the oat layer: Mix all the ingredients together until the oats are evenly coated with the wet ingredients. Press into the bottom of a lined 9-inch square pan. Put in the fridge until it’s set, about 2 hours. Then layer the blueberries on top and slice.
