Ever After Farms Flowers grows absolutely stunning flowers and greenery across several farms in Florida. With acreage in East Central, Northeast and West Central Florida, we deliver the joy and peace that fresh flowers bring to anyone who holds them. We grow the types of flowers and greenery that perform best in our soil and climate, during the proper seasons, while also focusing on the most popular varities. Sunflowers, roses, hydrangeas, tulips, zinnias, cosmos and lilies, as well as greenery like silver dollar eucalyptus and ferns, just to name a few. While our summers can be intense on flowers here in the sunshine state, we are able to produce beautiful flowers most months out of the year.
We got into floriculture, not only because we love flowers (who doesn’t?), but also because we saw opportunity. Florida is a leading producer of cut flowers and cut cultivated greens in teh US and produces 76% of all the greenery across the country. Further, while the budding Slow Flower movement in Florida has been comprised mostly of micro-farms of just an acre or two, we saw the opportunity to provide locally grown flowers and greenery on a slightly larger, more commercial scale. And since we already had existing customers from our other farms, it seemed like a perfect fit. Despite the challenges (hurricanes, floods, droughts, frosts, insects, etc), we have unwavering optimism that farming can be a productive economic enterprise while also remaining a deeply fulfilling labor of love.
Our East Central floriculture acreage is open for U-Pick during May each year to coincide with our U-Pick Peach season.
Our Central West Florida location is our Flower hub, where we not only grow our largest array of varieties, but also where we process, arrange, assemble and ship our cut flowers and bouquets. It, along with our Northeast Florida farm, are both closed to the public.
With the exception of our East Central location in May, our flowers and greenery have been sold to wholesalers, retailers and existing customers. However, starting shortly before Valentine’s 2021, we plan to begin allowing the general public to purchase from us directly on this website and delivered right to your door.
