At Ever After Farms, we want your wedding day to be as beautiful and as stress-free as possible. We discovered that choosing and setting up the decorations for a ceremony and reception created the most stress (as well as adding the most unexpected costs) so with the help of professionals, we have assembled table arrangements, centerpieces, and tons of other decor so that you don’t have to supply any decorations when you choose to get married at an Ever After Farms venue. What we provide will already create an absolutely breathtaking event! Plus, we supply different styles/colors so that every bride can select what matches her wedding style. With so many options to choose from, we thought it would be best to put these items into a categorized list so that brides can keep track of the many extras available for use. Be sure to check this list before you start to shop for wedding decor, because often times, you’ll find what you have been looking for, is already provided as part of your Wedding Day Package at Ever After Farms.
Table Options
5′ Round Tables
Our first table option is a five foot round table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. We offer twelve of these tables, providing seating for up to 80 guests.
To complete your reception setup, we also provide linen options in white or ivory to coordinate with your wedding design.
Farmhouse Tables
If you are looking for a more rustic and inviting table option, you will fall in love with our nine foot farmhouse tables. We have eleven of these beautiful wooden tables available, with each one seating up to ten guests comfortably.
These tables add warmth and charm to your reception space and pair perfectly with our rustic decor and crossback chairs, helping you create a cozy and elegant atmosphere for your celebration.
SWEETHEART TABLE
Our rustic sweetheart table is the perfect focal point for your reception and can be paired with your choice of elegant chivari chairs or an adorable couple’s loveseat for a more romantic look. One of our most popular backdrop options is the beautiful flower wall, which adds a soft and stunning touch to your sweetheart table and creates a picture-perfect setting for your first meal as newlyweds.
BUFFET TABLES
We also provide two eight foot rectangular buffet tables with black linens, perfect for your reception dinner, dessert display, or catering setup.
COCKTAIL TABLES
Our cocktail hour setup includes six round cocktail tables, each available with white, black, or ivory spandex linens. These sleek and stylish linens give your cocktail hour a refined and elegant feel, perfect for mingling and creating a polished atmosphere before the reception begins.
Table Decor
You will be amazed by our wide selection of rustic and rustic chic table decor, thoughtfully curated to complement every type of wedding theme. Whether your style is elegant, boho, or country-inspired, we provide versatile pieces to help bring your vision to life.
We offer two beautiful garland runner options: a bright summer green and a snowy dark green. Both styles are available in sets of 24 and can be used across either of our table options to create a lush, natural look.
To enhance your tablescape even further, we also provide three table runner options in gold, rose gold, and rustic burlap. Our newest addition includes charger plates available in gold or silver, adding the perfect finishing touch to your table design.

Ceremony Decor
At Ever After Farms, we understand how many small details go into planning the perfect wedding day. That is why we have thoughtfully curated ceremony decor options that bring just the right amount of rustic charm and romantic ambiance to your special moment.
Our charming wishing well and surrounding ceremony area are beautifully decorated with LED lights, creating a warm and inviting glow for both your ceremony and cocktail hour. The paved stone aisle adds a touch of elegance while eliminating the need for fabric aisle runners, ensuring a clean and polished look.
Our ten foot tall custom-built barn door entryway creates a stunning grand entrance for brides and serves as a perfect photo opportunity after the ceremony. This unique feature adds a memorable rustic touch to your wedding day and sets the tone for the celebration.
We also offer a variety of ceremony decor signs to enhance your space, including our rustic 1 Corinthians 13 signs, a heart-shaped “Pick a Seat Not a Side” sign, and the charming “Love, Laughter & Happily Ever After” sign.
