At Ever After Farms, we want your wedding day to be as beautiful and  stress-free as possible. We discovered that choosing and setting up the decorations for a ceremony and reception created the most stress (as well as adding the most unexpected costs) so with the help of professionals, we have assembled table arrangements and centerpieces as well as other decor so that you don't have to supply any decorations when you choose to get married at an Ever After Farms venue. What we provide will already create an absolutely breathtaking event. Plus, we supply different styles/colors so that every bride can select what matches her wedding style! With so many options to choose from, we thought it would be best to put these items into a categorized list so that brides can keep track of the many extras available for use. Be sure to check this list before you start to shop for wedding decor, because often times, you'll find what you have been looking for, is already provided as part of your Wedding Day Package at Ever After Farms.

Table Options

5' Round Tables

Our first table option is a 5' round table that seats up to 8 guests. We have 25 of these tables, for a total of 200 guests. We will provide white, navy blue or ivory linens for our round tables as well.

 

 

 

 

 

Farmhouse Tables

If you are looking for a more rustic table option, then you will fall in love with our 9ft farmhouse tables. We have twenty of this table option, with each table seating up to 10 people.
Additionally, we have made our floorplan completely customizable using an awesome floorplan design software called All-Seated. This software is a great wedding helper when it comes to designing your wedding seating chart simply and efficiently.

 

 

 

 

Bride & Groom Table

Our rustic sweetheart table or clear acrylic sweetheart table can be paired with our crossback chairs or we also have an elegant couple's loveseat or a beautiful blue sofa. Featuring two beautiful candelabras and with access to our wide-range of lanterns/floral arrangements, you'll have a blast putting together the perfect Newlywed table setup.

Buffet Tables

We also provide 3 8' rectangle buffet tables with black linens for your reception dinner.

 

 

 

 

Cocktail Tables

We provide 10 round tables for your cocktail hour. We have white and black linens available.
The great thing is, after you design your floorplan, our venue coordinators will handle arranging all tables and chairs exactly how you wish, the morning of your wedding. During your final visit we will go over exactly how you want everything that we provide setup, so that you can eliminate most of the decor stress from your wedding day.

You will be amazed at our wide assortment of rustic and rustic chic' table decor. We have worked hard to provide many options fitting for every type of wedding theme. We have options for greenery; including the simplicity of eucalyptus garland.  Our greenery and floral pieces are very versatile and can be used in many different ways on either of our table options or in our backdrops.

Runners & Table Cloths

 

Add a touch of elegance to your wedding tablescape by choosing one of our many options for table runners. We provide 25 ivory, red, blush, sage green, mustard, terracotta, navy, macrame and burlap table runners, perfect for any wedding color scheme.

Table Numbers & Signs

Next you'll want to choose table numbers, so that guests may easily find their seats. We offer multiple options for table numbers; our rustic block table number, handprinted greenery table number, our sage backed vinyl table numbers and more. Each set goes up to the number 25.

 

Centerpiece Options

  

Ever After Farms Citrus Barn provides a wide array of centerpiece options sure to fit every season and every bride's wedding vision. We offer floral arrangement options as well as various vases of eclectic dried florals among candelabras and lanterns.
Add the perfect romantic touch to your table decor by using our gorgeous rustic chic candlesticks. We offer a mixture of varying sizes and we also provide romantic mini votives.
Our lanterns and candelabras are an elegant option for table centerpieces as well and we again offer 25 of these. Charger options come in copper, gold, white with a gold rim, silver filigree, gold filigree, white rattan and jute.

We also offer multiple options for Mr and Mrs signs for our sweetheart table. We have two of each option available in rustic wood, gold, rose gold and white options.

Cake Table

Our custom-made cake table is the perfect place to display your wedding desserts. We supply an array of cake stand sets, trays and even an awesome standing donut wall. Your guests will love this classy setup for all of your tasty treats.

 

 

 

Gift Table & Guestbook Table

If you're deep into wedding planning, you've probably discovered there are 101 little things that you didn't know you'd need for your big day. We know just how stressful and costly wedding purchases can become once they start to add up, so we supply many of the small decor items and signage needed for that picture perfect big day. Our gift table is complete with signage, a card box, and plenty of room for all of your wedding gifts. Our guestbook table can be decorated with any of our available decor and includes gorgeous rustic signage.
