At Ever After Farms, we want your wedding day to be as beautiful and stress-free as possible. We discovered that choosing and setting up the decorations for a ceremony and reception created the most stress (as well as adding the most unexpected costs) so with the help of professionals, we have assembled table arrangements and centerpieces as well as other decor so that you don’t have to supply any decorations when you choose to get married at an Ever After Farms venue. What we provide will already create an absolutely breathtaking event. Plus, we supply different styles/colors so that every bride can select what matches her wedding style! With so many options to choose from, we thought it would be best to put these items into a categorized list so that brides can keep track of the many extras available for use. Be sure to check this list before you start to shop for wedding decor, because often times, you’ll find what you have been looking for, is already provided as part of your Wedding Day Package at Ever After Farms.
TABLE OPTIONS
5′ ROUND TABLES
Our first table option is a 5 foot round table that seats up to 8 guests. We have 25 of these tables available, accommodating up to 200 guests in total. We provide linens for these round tables in your choice of white, navy blue, or ivory.
FARMHOUSE TABLES
If you are looking for a more rustic option, you will fall in love with our 9 foot farmhouse tables. We have 20 of these available, and each table comfortably seats up to 10 guests.
SWEETHEART TABLE
Our rustic sweetheart table or clear acrylic sweetheart table can be paired with our crossback chairs or we also have an elegant couple’s loveseat or a beautiful blue sofa. Featuring two beautiful candelabras and with access to our wide-range of lanterns/floral arrangements, you’ll have a blast putting together the perfect Newlywed table setup.
BUFFET TABLES
We also provide three 8 foot rectangular buffet tables with black linens for your reception dinner setup. These are perfect for serving food, displaying desserts, or showcasing your wedding favors.
COCKTAIL TABLES
We provide 10 round tables for your cocktail hour and offer white, black, and ivory linens for them. The best part? Once you’ve finalized your floorplan, our venue coordinators will take care of setting up all tables and chairs exactly to your specifications the morning of your wedding. During your final walkthrough, we’ll review every detail of your desired layout to ensure that everything we provide is arranged perfectly—so you can relax and enjoy your day without the stress of setup.

You’ll be amazed by our wide assortment of rustic and rustic-chic table décor. We’ve thoughtfully curated a collection of versatile pieces to complement every wedding theme. For greenery, we offer two beautiful options: a soft spring eucalyptus garland and a vibrant boxwood garland. Both can be styled in a variety of ways on either of our table options, making it easy to create a cohesive and stunning tablescape for your big day.

Since open flames aren’t permitted in our wooden barn, we provide 20 medium and large LED candles to help you create that warm, romantic glow—without the worry.

Next, you’ll want to select table numbers to help guests easily find their seats. We offer three elegant options: rustic wood block numbers, gold-framed numbers for a touch of glamour, and clear acrylic numbers for a clean, modern look. Each set includes numbers 1 through 25, allowing for flexibility in larger guest counts.
To ensure your immediate family and bridal party feel right at home, we offer beautifully designed “Reserved” table signs. You’ll receive 2 signs for the bridal party, 2 for the bride’s family, and 2 for the groom’s family—making it easy for your VIPs to find their seats with ease and elegance.

Ever After Farms Blueberry offers a beautiful array of centerpiece options designed to suit every season and every bride’s unique vision. We provide four floral arrangement styles—Autumn, White, Rose Gold, and Shades of Blue—with 25 of each available. In addition, we offer 15 rustic floral boxes featuring elegant white flowers paired with LED candles.
For couples wanting to add a romantic glow, our rustic chic candlesticks are the perfect touch. We have 25 large and 15 small candlesticks available. If navy blue is part of your color scheme, you’ll love our collection of 24 romantic mini votives in that hue.

CEREMONY DECOR
At Ever After Farms, we understand that planning a wedding is all about the details. That’s why we’ve thoughtfully curated ceremony decor options that add just the right touch of rustic charm to your special day. Our grand oak tree and the surrounding ceremony area are adorned with romantic LED lights, creating a dreamy ambiance for both your ceremony and cocktail hour. Plus, with our paved stone aisle, there’s no need to worry about fabric runners—we’ve already built beauty and practicality right into your ceremony space.
Our 10ft tall custom-built barn door entryway provides the perfect ceremony entrance for brides, and an excellent photo-op for after the ceremony. We also have multiple options for ceremony decor including, wine barrels, our rustic 1 Corinithians 13 signs and 10 hanging mason jars that you are welcome to fill with your own flowers, or our babies breath. At the base of our tree is our Wedding Pergola, where the bride and groom will recite their vows. We provide white drapery and a floral garland to hang from the pergola, a communion table, and a gorgeous wooden cross.
