SEASON: We are officially CLOSED for the 2018 season! The 2019 season will most likely be opening in mid April.
WHAT TO BRING: We take credit cards so you don’t have to bring cash. If you’re coming from 11AM to about 4PM, you may want to bring some sunscreen. We sell Farm Hats but that won’t stop you from getting a Farmer’s Sunburn! It’s a Farm so although you can walk it in Flip Flops, you may want to wear Shoes. We sell bottles of water so no need to bring water if you don’t want to. Also, we supply the buckets and bags to carry and bring home your blueberries.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY: The grounds are groomed and hard enough so that the rows can be navigated by wheelchair and the berries are low enough so that someone in a chair can reach them. We have handicap accessible bathrooms too.
ATTENTION ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS!: Many local elementary schools have field trips to our Farm. Each child need only bring $5 to purchase a pound of blueberries and that’s it! We’ll provide the children with a powerpoint presentation on growing blueberries and they will have a blast picking berries that they can actually reach! Yes, we trim our blueberry bushes so that it’s easy for kids to pick the berries too. Here’s the flyer we email to teachers and school administrators:
