That is why we have worked with professionals to thoughtfully assemble table arrangements, centerpieces, signage, and other wedding decor that is all included in your wedding package.

Table Options

5′ Round Tables

Our first table option is a five foot round table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. We provide a total of 25 round tables, offering seating for up to 200 guests. We offer linens for these round tables in your choice of white, rose gold, champagne or black to complement your wedding color palette and there is a $15 laundering fee per round table linen used.

Farmhouse Tables

If you are looking for a more rustic table option, you will fall in love with our nine foot farmhouse tables. We have twenty of these beautifully crafted wooden tables, and each one seats up to ten guests comfortably.

They are a perfect fit for a romantic vineyard wedding and pair seamlessly with our rustic decor and crossback chairs.

SWEETHEART Table

Our rustic sweetheart table is the perfect focal point for your reception and can be paired with your choice of crossback chairs or an elegant couple’s loveseat. With beautiful backdrop options and access to our wide range of lanterns and floral arrangements, you will have so much fun creating a stunning and personalized setup for your newlywed table.

Buffet Tables

We also provide three eight foot rectangular buffet tables with black linens, perfect for your reception dinner, dessert display, or catering setup.

Cocktail Tables

We provide ten round tables for your cocktail hour, each with sleek black linens to create a polished and elegant look.

Once you design your floorplan, our venue coordinators will take care of setting up all tables and chairs exactly how you envision them on the morning of your wedding. During your final planning visit, we will walk through your setup together, helping to eliminate any last minute decor stress so you can relax and enjoy your big day.

We offer four garland options to elevate your tablescape, including natural eucalyptus garland, frosted eucalyptus garland and lambs ear wreaths. Each piece is versatile and can be styled beautifully on either our round or farmhouse tables, creating a lush and elegant look.

Runners

Add a touch of elegance to your wedding tablescape by selecting from our wide variety of table runner options. We provide twenty five of each color, making it easy to coordinate with any wedding color scheme.

Whether you are going for a soft romantic look or a bold modern vibe, our collection of table runners will help you bring your reception vision to life.

Lanterns

At Ever After Farms Vineyard, we know that brides love having options when it comes to creating the perfect wedding tablescape. That is why we provide three beautiful lantern styles to match any wedding vibe.

Choose from our rustic wooden lanterns, vintage rustic chic lanterns, or black and white geometric lanterns. Since open flames are not permitted inside our wooden barn, we also provide twenty five small and medium LED candles to safely add a soft, romantic glow to your decor.

Table Numbers

Next you will want to choose table numbers so guests can easily find their assigned seats. We offer seven different styles of table numbers, each varying in size, shape, and design to coordinate with a wide range of wedding styles.

Each set includes numbers up to twenty five, giving you plenty of flexibility for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

Ever After Farms Vineyard offers a wide variety of centerpiece options designed to match every season and every bride’s unique wedding vision. From romantic and classic to rustic and boho chic, we have curated an assortment that elevates every table setting.

Choose from gold or silver tall vase floral centerpieces, or opt for our versatile floral arrangements in different sizes and styles. Add a soft glow with our rustic chic candlesticks, available in white wooden and white glass finishes. We offer twenty five large and twenty five small white wooden candlesticks, as well as twenty five large white glass candlesticks.

For a more organic feel, we also offer boho-inspired dried wildflowers displayed in an assortment of charming mini vases—perfect for mixing and matching across your tablescape.
